Oregano Gargles

COVID can be aerosolized and remain suspended in the air for hours. These aerosolized particles can be breathed in and cause infection.[1] Gargling with this mixture throughout the day may help you get rid of the COVID droplets that you breath into your respiratory tract as you interact with people.[2] [3]

NEEDED:

Step 1

Fill a glass jar with 12 ounces (1.5 cups) of water.

Step 2

Add one drop of oregano oil (organic and pure) and gargle.

Frequency

Gargle the mixture every hour while awake while infected or 3-5 times daily for prevention.
