COVID can be aerosolized and remain suspended in the air for hours. These aerosolized particles can be breathed in and cause infection. Gargling with this mixture throughout the day may help you get rid of the COVID droplets that you breath into your respiratory tract as you interact with people.
Fill a glass jar with 12 ounces (1.5 cups) of water.
Add one drop of oregano oil (organic and pure) and gargle.
Gargle the mixture every hour while awake while infected or 3-5 times daily for prevention.
